Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our fulfilment partner in the EU. Most reach EU destinations within 3–5 business days and international destinations within 5–10 business days.

What is your return policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery under the EU right of withdrawal. Returns from within the EU are complimentary. See our Returns page for full details.

How does sizing run?

Our essentials are cut for a relaxed, considered fit. See the Size guide for measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a closer fit.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and iDEAL where available. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Do you charge VAT?

Prices shown include VAT for EU customers. Customers outside the EU may be responsible for local duties and import taxes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin fulfilment shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make a change, email care@dreccano.com within one hour of ordering and we will do our best to help.
