Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). Customers outside the EU enjoy the same 14-day return window on a voluntary basis.
Withdrawal period
You may withdraw from your purchase without stating a reason within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you nominated) received the goods. For an order containing several items delivered separately, the period runs from the day the last item is received.
How to withdraw
Notify us at returns@dreccano.com with your order number before the 14 days expire. You may use the standard EU withdrawal form but any clear statement is sufficient. Ship the items back within 14 days of your notice.
Condition of returned goods
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all tags attached. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
We refund the full purchase price (including standard outbound shipping) to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of you providing evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
Return shipping
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Estimated return-shipping cost varies by carrier and destination.
Pre-orders
Drop 001 items are sold on a pre-order basis and produced after checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. The estimated shipping window is shown on the product page. If we cannot ship your order within 30 days of the stated window, you may cancel for a full refund. Your 14-day right of withdrawal begins when the goods are delivered to you, not when the order is placed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In line with Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to (a) goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, and (b) sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed. Our current catalogue contains no personalised items; if we introduce customisation in the future, that exception will be flagged at checkout.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under Swedish and EU law you have a three-year statutory guarantee against defects that existed at the time of delivery. Contact returns@dreccano.com with your order number and photographs and we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
Dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute, EU consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Swedish consumers may also refer the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.
