Rates
- Standard shipping — free on every order, worldwide.
- Premium shipping — +$20, expedited tracked service.
All prices on the site are in USD and, for EU/EEA customers, include VAT at the applicable rate.
Delivery times
- Sweden & EU: 3–7 business days (standard) · 1–3 business days (premium).
- UK, Switzerland, Norway: 4–9 business days.
- North America: 5–10 business days.
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days.
Estimates start from the moment your order is dispatched, not from checkout. Pre-order items ship on the date stated on the product page. Under EU consumer law we will deliver within 30 days at the latest, or you may cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders within the EU/EEA are shipped duty-paid with VAT included. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees charged by your local authority. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Risk of loss
In line with Article 20 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact care@dreccano.com within 7 days with photographs.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we will refund the goods minus the actual return shipping cost.
