Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from dreccano.com by consumers within the European Economic Area and internationally. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Seller

Dreccano AB, registered in Sweden. Corporate ID and address available on the Imprint page.

Contract formation

A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email after you complete checkout. The checkout button clearly indicates that placing the order carries an obligation to pay.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in USD and include VAT for EU/EEA customers at the applicable rate. Payment is processed by Stripe; available methods include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Buyers must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their country). Customers outside the EU may be liable for local import duties and taxes — see the Shipping page.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are stated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (Art. 20 Directive 2011/83/EU). If your order is not delivered within 30 days you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

Product safety

Our garments are produced in accordance with EU Regulation 2023/988 on General Product Safety (GPSR) and EU Regulation 1007/2011 on textile fibre labelling. Full material composition and care instructions are shown on each product page and on the sewn-in care label.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. See our Returns page for how to exercise this right.

Statutory warranty

Consumers benefit from a legal conformity guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771. Where applicable Swedish law provides up to a three-year period to claim defects existing at delivery.

Complaints and disputes

Please contact care@dreccano.com. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Swedish consumers may refer disputes to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).

Governing law

Swedish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
